Return and Exchange Policy
Because our products are made-to-order especially for you, all sales are final. For this reason, we do not accept returns/issue refunds. Please review the sizing chart before purchasing. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges, as items are created specifically for your order.

Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order and contact us within 7 days of delivery at jbdjdesign@gmail.com if an item is misprinted, defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right! Please include your order number, a description, and clear photos of the issue. We do want to make sure that you receive the high quality items that you ordered!

Note: We cannot accept responsibility for packages lost or sent to incorrect addresses due to customer error.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
